Getting into the Christmas Spirit
At Hewitt & Booth we held a Christmas Jumper Day on Monday 1st December for everyone in the JLB Group to celebrate the start of the Christmas period. This got everyone into the festive spirit and the event was well attended with nearly the entire workforce donning their Christmas jumpers. There were prizes for extra special efforts and also a large spread of mince pies, cakes, biscuits and chocolates for employees to indulge on. An excitable buzz filled the room as all sections of the group mingled around enjoying one anothers knitwear before Ian Brierley, Group CEO chose his favourite efforts. Everyone involved was asked to make a small donation so as well as having fun and taking time out of our day-to-day work we raised £31 for a worthwhile cause, the Laura Crane Cancer Trust who were in attendance.
Pictured are the brilliant efforts of prize-winners Janet Quanne and her wonderful home-made jumper and Anjam Parvais & Louise Carter who both arrived dressed as Santa’s elves! Also pictured are Mr Brierley, AJ, Rabia and Michael with Pam from the Laura Crane Trust.
